Americans liked the inaugural speech and the term "American first"

Lamestream media called inaugural "dark, unamerican" and say "American first" is Hitlerian. etc. So why do 65% USA like the speech in the polls and 70% like the phrase "America first"? The left wing nuts are sidelined and the media just talk to themselves.
