Did Hillary take $400 million from Russians for election?

$400 MILLION Bombshell: Putin Accused Clinton Of Nefarious Activities During 2016 Election

During a press conference in Helsinki, Finland, Russian President Vladimir Putin denied meddling in the 2016 presidential election in the United States. He said that neither his intelligence group nor other entities in his country willingly interfered.
Putin even extended a hand to U.S. intelligence officials and said his intelligence community would be more than happy to help their investigative efforts in any way.
As BizPac Review reports, the Russian president also accused Democrat candidate Hillary Clinton of conducting nefarious activities in his country and accepting more than $400,000,000 to help her efforts in the election. Democrat critical of Trump’s comments at the summit are not at all mentioning the claim.
Per BizPac Review:
During the highly publicized joint press conference the Russian President not only called US. Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s bluff on the indictment of 12 Russian officials, but blasted former Sec. of State Hillary Clinton for nefarious activities.
Putin said that he’d welcome U.S. officials to Russia to probe further into alleged Russia-Trump collusion. He also referenced Bill Browder, a U.S. born, London-based banker who’s been accused of improper donations to Democrats.
According to the report, Putin said Browder earned over $1.5 billion in his country and never paid any taxes. The banker, according to the Russian president, then took the money to the U.S. where he paid out $400,000,000 to the Clinton campaign.
“For instance, we can bring up Mr. Browder, in this particular case,” Putin said. “Business associates of Mr. Browder have earned over $1.5 billion in Russia and never paid any taxes neither in Russia or the United States and yet the money escaped the country.”
“They were transferred to the United States,” he continued. “They sent [a] huge amount of money, $400,000,000, as a contribution to the campaign of Hillary Clinton. Well, that’s their personal case.”
