PA says its declaration of war to withhold the money we give them to pay killers of jews
So US and Israel withhold $ to Palestinian authority because they use money to pay terrorists who kill jews and their leadership says "PA: Israeli law withholding funds over terrorist stipends ‘a declaration of war’"
