You can't make up how crazy California Democrats are. California housing is more and more not affordable. Their solution? Stateside rent control. It will guarantee builders will not build more units, keeping demand high. The same idiocy has led to poop and syringes on the street, out of control wildfires, leprosy and plague making comebacks.
