1. Republicans did not filibuster the extreme leftists, Sotomayer and Kagen when they were appointed to SCOTUS.
2. Democrats Biden and Schumer were the ones who insisted to SCOTUS appointments not be made at the end of a presidency, but then hypocritically claimed Obama's end of term nominee was unfairly denied hearings.
3. Trump nominates a man to the SCOTUS, voted to the Appellate Court by unanimous vote of the Senate, now say ridiculous things about Gorsuch, just for partisan reasons and plan to filibuster.
4. Thank God retired Democratic Majority leader Harry Reid stupidly made it possible for Republicans now to break the filibuster and change the rules to vote Gorsuch in by majority..
