"Lawmakers tell us Muslims have a First Amendment “Right” to build mosques, proselytize, and implement Sharia here. But that's not what the First Amendment says.
"It says: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
"Now consider the verbiage very carefully. A lot of lawmakers and most Americans make the exegetical error that the First Amendment grants us rights. The First Amendment doesn't grant any rights to anybody. All it does is prohibit Congress from making laws about religion, speech, the press, or assembly.
"Therefore, Muslims do not have a First Amendment “Right” to build mosques, proselytize, and implement Sharia in our country.
"As Publius Huldah correctly points out, “Not only do Muslims claim the “right” to impose Shariah in the Muslim communities springing up throughout our Country, they also claim the “right” to impose Sharia law in the public square: They demand Sharia compliant financial institutions, foot baths in public places, that wine, sausages, and the like be banned from their presence, that they be allowed to shut down public streets for “prayers”, etc.”
"So it begs the question: Do Americans have any Constitutional protection against the invasion of a foreign law being foisted upon us? Absolutely!
"Article VI, Clause 2 of our Constitution states . . .
“This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the Supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding.”
"Did you get that? Our Constitution and Laws are authorized by the Supreme Law of this Land.
"The practice of Sharia in the United States, at any level directly violates our Constitution. Muslims who therefore seek to overthrow our Constitution or otherwise usurp or circumvent it with Sharia law are guilty of Criminal Sedition. The federal government has the duty to prosecute them for sedition, or otherwise repatriate or deport them."
"The Muslims seek to replace our Constitution with shariah – their totalitarian political, economic, military, social & legal system – with the goal of incorporating our Country into a global Islamic caliphate. They are making progress in islamicizing our Country because we are not resisting. And the dreadful message we are getting from all sources is that our Constitution renders us powerless to resist islamization.
"But read on, and I will show you how our Constitution & Declaration of Independence – properly understood – actually give our federal, State & local governments justification and authority to stop the islamization of our Country. Once we understand two things, it becomes clear what we may – and must – do:
"One: Islam is not a “religion” in the sense we understand religion. Islam is about TOTAL POWER. It is a system which controls every aspect of the lives of those who have the misfortune to be subjected to it. It masquerades as a religion, but once we understand that it is just another totalitarian system – like soviet communism, we can deal with it and defeat it.
"Once in place, Islam is enforced with stone-age barbarism. It masquerades as a religion to recruit gullible fools who become suicide bombers, and to provide “cover” for officials in the Western countries who, indoctrinated with the Lies of multiculturalism & political correctness, look for an excuse to do nothing.
"Two: We must understand Our Founding Principles – these are our Sword & Shield – that (1) Rights come from God alone, (2) Muslims do not have the right to divest us of our Rights, and (3) the purpose of civil government is to secure the Rights God gave us. Now let us learn more of our Sword and Shield."
Infiltration has been underway for years
The illegitimate Obama administration appointed two Muslims to serve in the Department of Homeland Security. "One of the most shocking scenes in Rumors of War 3: Target U.S. is an exchange between U.S. Representative Louie Gohmert and The Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano. In the clip, Napolitano is testifying in front of Congress about Mohamed Elibiary, a man affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood, being granted security clearance and access to sensitive documents. Glenn asked Gohmert to come onto the show to discuss the exchange.
"In the film, the narrator explains, “In 2002 Mohamed Elibiary founded the Freedom and Justice Foundation in Plano, Texas. Freedom and Justice is the political party of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. He was appointed a member of the Homeland Security advisory council which meant Elibiary had access to security documents. In October of 2011, it was reported he took sensitive reports from the Texas Department of Public Safety.”
While Muslims hide behind the First Amendment here in America, they do not believe in freedom of speech:
Criminalizing the Defamation of Islam. "Interestingly enough, Muslims lash out in savagery when the sanctity of their faith is affronted in the form of a cartoon, a video, a book, or an individual burning of a Quran. Yet they feel free not only to insult other peoples' religions, but also to wreak all kinds of horrific acts upon those people. Defaming, insulting, and desecrating others' beliefs is in the fabric of Islam itself."

Infiltration, Treason, Jihad – Welcome to The Project. "In 2001, an Islamic manifesto called The Project was discovered in Switzerland. This document is a plan to carry out a quiet coup within the United States through indoctrination, subversion and infiltration at all levels of our government and through key positions in education and other influential positions such as the media. Fast forward to 2008 and the Holyland Foundation Trial. This showcased the largest terror financing trial in US history. There are 80 boxes of evidence, including The Project, that have been made available by our government to the accused enemies of America, but which, to this day, are being withheld from our leaders and the American people. Barack Obama, Eric Holder and Janet Napolitano cite national security, but have given the terrorists a free pass to review the documents." You should watch the three part presentation linked in that article. So should state legislators and judges lest they find themselves one day without a head.
Besides infiltrating our government, a top priority is the military:
Remember Army psychiatrist Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan who slaughtered 13 Americans and wounded 38 at Ft. Hood in November 2009? All these years and the families are still waiting for justice. Another Thanksgiving and Christmas without their loved ones. Instead of manning up to his act of cowardice in the name of Allah, Hasan has been hiding behind the bush growing on his face on religious grounds. One court ruled he had to be shaved, but of course, his lawyers are appealing to another court so his court martial remains on hold.
Fort Hood gunman had told US military colleagues that infidels should have their throats cut. "He also told colleagues at America's top military hospital that non-Muslims were infidels condemned to hell who should be set on fire. The outburst came during an hour-long talk Hasan, an Army psychiatrist, gave on the Koran in front of dozens of other doctors at Walter Reed Army Medical Centre in Washington DC, where he worked for six years before arriving at Fort Hood in July."
"Sedition is the crime of revolting or inciting revolt against government. However, because of the broad protection of free speech under the First Amendment, prosecutions for sedition are rare. Nevertheless, sedition remains a crime in the United States under 18 U.S.C.A. § 2384 (2000), a federal statute that punishes seditious conspiracy, and 18 U.S.C.A. § 2385 (2000), which outlaws advocating the overthrow of the federal government by force. Generally, a person may be punished for sedition only when he or she makes statements that create a Clear and Present Danger to rights that the government may lawfully protect (schenck v. united states, 249 U.S. 47, 39 S. Ct. 247, 63 L. Ed. 470 [1919]).
"The crime of seditious conspiracy is committed when two or more persons in any state or U.S. territory conspire to levy war against the U.S. government. A person commits the crime of advocating the violent overthrow of the federal government when she willfully advocates or teaches the overthrow of the government by force, publishes material that advocates the overthrow of the government by force, or organizes persons to overthrow the government by force. A person found guilty of seditious conspiracy or advocating the overthrow of the government may be fined and sentenced to up to 20 years in prison. States also maintain laws that punish similar advocacy and conspiracy against the state government."
But, if we read further, we find:
"Sedition prosecutions are extremely rare, but they do occur. Shortly after the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center in New York City, the federal government prosecuted Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman, a blind Egyptian cleric living in New Jersey, and nine codefendants on charges of seditious conspiracy. Rahman and the other defendants were convicted of violating the seditious conspiracy statute by engaging in an extensive plot to wage a war of Terrorism against the United States. With the exception of Rahman, they all were arrested while mixing explosives in a garage in Queens, New York, on June 24, 1993.
"The defendants committed no overt acts of war, but all were found to have taken substantial steps toward carrying out a plot to levy war against the United States. The government did not have sufficient evidence that Rahman participated in the actual plotting against the government or any other activities to prepare for terrorism. He was instead prosecuted for providing religious encouragement to his coconspirators. Rahman argued that he only performed the function of a cleric and advised followers about the rules of Islam. He and the others were convicted, and on January 17, 1996, Rahman was sentenced to life imprisonment by Judge Michael Mukasey."
As I pointed out in my last column on Islam: Challenging Sharia Law means challenging Islam as a religion:

In reality Islam is a revolutionary ideology and programme which seeks to alter the social order of the whole world and rebuild it in conformity with its own tenets and ideals. ‘Muslim’ is the title of that International Revolutionary Party organized by Islam to carry into effect its revolutionary programme. I do hope you will book mark the link and read that booklet. Try page 16-17: "Islam is not merely a religious creed or compound name for a few forms of worship, but a comprehensive system which envisages to annihilate all tyrannical and evil systems in the world and enforces its own programme of reform which it deems best for the well-being of mankind....Those who affirm faith in this ideology become members of the party of Islam and enjoy equal status and equal rights without distinction of class, race, nation or the country to which they belong. In this manner, an International Revolutionary Party is born to which Qur’an gives the title of ‘Hizb Allah’ and which alternatively is known as Islamic Party or the Ummah of Islam’."
And, if you're not a follower of that toxic belief system, you are, pg. 31: "Dhimmis (Non-Believers) under the Protection of an Islamic Government." As a "non-believer" under Sharia Law you will be "allowed" certain "rights....Islamic ‘Jihad’ does not recognize their right to administer state affairs according to a system which, in the view of Islam, is evil. Furthermore, Islamic ‘Jihad’ also refuses to admit their right to continue with such practices under an Islamic government which fatally affect the public interest from the viewpoint of Islam... it will make it obligatory for non-Muslim women to observe the minimum standards of modesty in dress as required by Islamic law and will forbid them to go about displaying their beauty like the days of ignorance; the Muslim Party will clamp censorship on the Cinema."
Clearly, it is the intention of Islamic big shots to over turn the U.S. Constitution and state constitutions. More and more federal judges are siding with Sharia Law and forcing sovereign states of the Union to bow down to barbarism. Do you want such a "religion" and belief system in your city or town? If you do, we will see more of this - only a few of the thousands of examples in news items:
• Muslim kills daughter for having US actors on her mobile phone. "“When he was alone with her at home, he grabbed her and put the knife on her neck…he then slaughtered her like a sheep.” Barbaric savage.
• Muslim Gang Members Get 38 Years For Eid Festival Kidnapping and Rape. "A group of Muslim men who abducted and raped two teenage girls as part of their Eid celebrations laughed in court yesterday as they were jailed for a total of 38 years." Some joke.
• Parents kill teenage daughter in acid attack in Kashmir. "Mother and father in Pakistan doused 15-year-old In acid after catching her talking to a man, police say." Savages.
• Mother murdered son for 'failing to learn the Koran' - A mother murdered her young son and set his body on fire when he struggled to learn the Koran off by heart, a court has heard." The murder of a sweet little boy. Savages. When have you ever heard of a Catholic, Baptist or any other Christian denomination kill their own flesh and blood because the child couldn't learn the Bible by heart? Not content with beating that poor child to death, the "mother" then tried to burn his little body to destroy evidence.
• Non-Muslims have 'sex like donkeys' and deserve to be blown-up, said 'terror plot' leader. "Westerners have 'sex like donkeys' so 'why shouldn't we terrorise them?' the alleged leader of a terror plot was recorded saying."
• Afghan woman's slow, agonising death after husband slit her throat 'because she let their children live Western lives'

"On September 1, 2004, terrorists stormed a school in Beslan, Russia, and perpetrated one of the most heinous terror attacks in history....
"Things had deteriorated when the media reported that there were only 354 victims. Wanting to have a dramatic impact, the terrorists exploded with anger. There were 1200 victims, and the Russians were trying to down play the incident. The terrorists said they would have to eliminate victims to fit with what the media had reported. Their demeanor worsened, and they got really mean.
"It was then that they began raping the girls. They wanted sex as they killed, and this is sexual homicide. A sex killer gets excited when he thinks about forcing himself inside an unwilling victim, but the rape itself does not produce the ultimate excitement. It is the rape followed by the killing that is arousing. This is what happened at Beslan.
"One by one, females were targeted. The sex killers looked for the perfect victims, and after zeroing in, they grabbed and disrobed the little girls in the middle of the gym. When the youngsters recoiled, their captors laughed. This says the offenders enjoyed inflicting the suffering. They wanted their victims to suffer. Such behavior is sadistic. Bringing others pain brings the sadist pleasure. And the terrorists tortured the victims in many ways."

Shariah law is not American law - it is law distinct, separate, and alien from the Constitution and the laws derived from it....on that basis alone, prima facie, a priori, it has no place in America.


But then, add to that the fact that, as you know, shariah defines Islam, is Islam, and is binding law on all Muslims, everywhere, for all time (whether or not all choose to abide by it). There again is set up a conflict with the U.S. legal system.

Now, it is also important to note that Islam is a wholistic system - it is not a la carte, it is not "cafeteria style". Shariah is an entire "way of life," immutable (since codification in 10th century). So, it's not like Muslims or anyone else are permitted pick and choose which sections they want to implement and which not. Yes, countries and individuals do.....but it's not authorized - and those who implement it most fully are the most faithful Muslims.

Next: shariah holds as its fundamental premise that all law comes from Allah and that man-made law is illegitimate. Another conflict with the U.S. constitution. The leading Muslim authorities, Imams, and others in the U.S. (esp. those openly affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood or its front groups) all agree that they would like to see shariah replace the U.S. Constitution at some point. Exhibit A: Imam Faisal Rauf.

Next: shariah commands jihad. Jihad is defined in Islamic law as "warfare to establish the religion." ('Umdat al-Salik, Reliance of the Traveller, o9.0, pg. 599). This is definitely a problem.

Next: shariah commands perpetual inequality between Muslims and non-Muslims, between men and women, and between free men and slaves....and yes, shariah permits slavery to this day. Definite conflict with Declaration of Independence and multiple Articles of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Next: Americans believe that our rights ("to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness") are derived from the Creator....and that governments are instituted among men to secure these rights. Shariah says that governments are instituted in order to implement Islamic law. Big problem. 

Next: Shariah obligates Muslims to lie to non-Muslims in certain situations. (Q 3:28, 16:106, 4:142, 9:3; see also 'Umdat al-Salik on Lying r8.0, pg. 744)

Next: Shariah commands that apostates from Islam be put to death. (Q 16: 106; 'Umdat al-Salik, o8.1, pg. 595)

Next: Shariah permits the murder of non-Muslims (Jews and Christians) and one's own children, with no legal consequences. This is why some Muslim fathers who've killed their daughters in the U.S. can claim they've done "nothing wrong." (See 'Umdat al-Salik o1.2(1-4), pg. 583-4)

Finally: every bit of this would be considered "Slander" under Islamic law - which is defined as anything that would be offensive to a Muslim. Telling the turth about shariah to infidels probably qualifies. And Slander carries the death penalty, for Muslims and non-Muslims alike. ('Umdat al-Salik, r2.0, pg. 730+). Ask Theo van Gogh.

None of this is "Canonical Law", is it? It's not Halakha either. That's because shariah legislates behavior in every single sphere of life - not just the religious or the devotional....all of it.

Shariah and the U.S. Constitution cannot co-exist in harmony. One or the other must prevail.  Me, I'm for the Constitution.

Imam Feisal Abdel Rauf claims that the U.S. constitution is Sharia compliant. Now let us examine below a few laws of Sharia to see how truthful Imam Rauf is:
1- Jihad, defined as “to war against non-Muslims to establish the religion,” is the duty of every Muslim and Muslim head of state (Caliph). Muslim Caliphs who refuse jihad are in violation of Sharia and unfit to rule.
2- A Caliph can hold office through seizure of power meaning through force.
3- A Caliph is exempt from being charged with serious crimes such as murder, adultery, robbery, theft, drinking and in some cases of rape.
4- A percentage of Zakat (charity money) must go towards jihad.
5- It is obligatory to obey the commands of the Caliph, even if he is unjust.
6- A caliph must be a Muslim, a non-slave and a male.
7- The Muslim public must remove the Caliph if he rejects Islam.
8- A Muslim who leaves Islam must be killed immediately.
9- A Muslim will be forgiven for murder of: 1) an apostate 2) an adulterer 3) a highway robber. Vigilante street justice and honor killing is acceptable.
10- A Muslim will not get the death penalty if he kills a non-Muslim, but will get it for killing a Muslim.
11- Sharia never abolished slavery, sexual slavery and highly regulates it. A master will not be punished for killing his slave.
12- Sharia dictates death by stoning, beheading, amputation of limbs, flogging even for crimes of sin such as adultery.
13- Non-Muslims are not equal to Muslims under the law. They must comply to Islamic law if they are to remain safe. They are forbidden to marry Muslim women, publicly display wine or pork, recite their scriptures or openly celebrate their religious holidays or funerals. They are forbidden from building new churches or building them higher than mosques. They may not enter a mosque without permission. A non-Muslim is no longer protected if he leads a Muslim away from Islam.
14- It is a crime for a non-Muslim to sell weapons to someone who will use them against Muslims. Non-Muslims cannot curse a Muslim, say anything derogatory about Allah, the Prophet, or Islam, or expose the weak points of Muslims. But Muslims can curse non-Muslims.
15- A non-Muslim cannot inherit from a Muslim.
16- Banks must be Sharia compliant and interest is not allowed.
17- No testimony in court is acceptable from people of low-level jobs, such as street sweepers or bathhouse attendants. Women in low level jobs such as professional funeral mourners cannot keep custody of their children in case of divorce.
18- A non-Muslim cannot rule — even over a non-Muslim minority.
19- Homosexuality is punishable by death.
20- There is no age limit for marriage of girls. The marriage contract can take place anytime after birth and can be consummated at age 8 or 9.
21- Rebelliousness on the part of the wife nullifies the husband’s obligation to support her, gives him permission to beat her and keep her from leaving the home.
22- Divorce is only in the hands of the husband and is as easy as saying: “I divorce you” and becomes effective even if the husband did not intend it.
23- There is no community property between husband and wife and the husband’s property does not automatically go to the wife after his death.
24- A woman inherits half what a man inherits.
25- A man has the right to have up to 4 wives and none of them have a right to divorce him — even if he is polygamous.
26- The dowry is given in exchange for the woman’s sexual organs.
27- A man is allowed to have sex with slave women and women captured in battle, and if the enslaved woman is married her marriage is annulled.
28- The testimony of a woman in court is half the value of a man.
29- A woman loses custody if she remarries.
30- To prove rape, a woman must have 4 male witnesses.
31- A rapist may only be required to pay the bride-money (dowry) without marrying the rape victim.
32- A Muslim woman must cover every inch of her body, which is considered “Awrah,” a sexual organ. Not all Sharia schools allow the face of a woman exposed.
33- A Muslim man is forgiven if he kills his wife at the time he caught her in the act of adultery. However, the opposite is not true for women, since the man “could be married to the woman he was caught with.”
34-It is obligatory for a Muslim to lie if the purpose is obligatory. That means that for the sake of abiding with Islam’s commandments, such as jihad, a Muslim is obliged to lie and should not have any feelings of guilt or shame associated with this kind of lying.
The above are clear-cut laws in Islam decided by great Imams after years of examination and interpretation of the Quran, Hadith and Mohammed’s life. Now let the learned Imam Rauf tell us: What part of the above is compliant with the U.S. Constitution?
