Should California alone decide our presidential election?

The Founders did NOT want California to decide our elections. Hillary's vote edge in California was MORE than her total popular US vote edge. The rest of the country was for Trump. When is a giant earthquake going to separate California permanently? In the middle of the night each night, God lifts up the country from the East and everything unmoored ends up in California. Some of the rest ends up in socialist Hawaii. California already has 1/5th of all electoral votes. By the way, it is basically bankrupt and run by Democrats. Unfair that so much beauty goes to those horrible states.
